We work across jewellery manufacturing and custom development, including 925 silver and various jewellery styles and categories. Certain products, materials, stones, finishes, or manufacturing services may be available only on request.

Varnya Jewels may provide custom jewellery design and manufacturing services based on buyer requirements, references, sketches, samples, CAD files, specifications, or other instructions.

Custom development may involve additional design, sampling, CAD, tooling, stone sourcing, or development charges.

Production will proceed according to specifications mutually confirmed during the development process.

Changes requested after design or production approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.

Depending on the nature of the order, an advance payment may be required before sourcing, development, or production begins.

The remaining payment, where applicable, must be made according to the agreed commercial terms.

Production and delivery timelines provided by Varnya Jewels are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Timelines may depend on order quantity, design complexity, raw-material availability, stone availability, customization, production capacity, approval timelines, logistics, and other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Shipping arrangements, charges, insurance, delivery method, and responsibility for applicable duties or taxes will be communicated according to the nature and destination of the order.

International buyers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other destination-country requirements unless otherwise agreed.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Buyers should inspect products within a reasonable period after receiving an order.

If an item is received damaged, defective, materially different from the confirmed specification, or affected by another manufacturing issue, please contact Varnya Jewels promptly with the relevant order details, photographs, and supporting information.

Each claim will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the order.

Normal manufacturing tolerances, minor handcrafted variations, natural variations in stones or materials, and differences reasonably resulting from finishing processes may not constitute defects.

Because many Varnya Jewels products may be manufactured, sourced, customized, or developed specifically for a buyer, cancellation, return, and refund eligibility may vary by order.

Custom-made, personalized, modified, specially sourced, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production or sourcing has begun, except where otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

Specific cancellation, return, replacement, or refund terms communicated in a quotation, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement will apply to that order.

The Varnya Jewels name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, text, product presentations, original designs, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Varnya Jewels unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or represented as another business's work without appropriate authorization.

Custom-design ownership, exclusivity, private-label arrangements, and intellectual-property rights relating to buyer-developed products may be governed separately by the terms agreed for that project.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media, WhatsApp, logistics providers, payment providers, or other external platforms.

Varnya Jewels is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
